30 Minute Partner WOD
Each team will set up three separate stations. Partner A will start on exercise 1 while Partner B starts on exercise 2. Each partner completes the work. When both partners are finished, switch positions and complete the work. When finished, move to the next station. Repeat. Count the total number of times your team completes all three stations.
