Barbell Row Underhand close grip x 8 reps
Suite Case Carry x 3 lengths each side
Single-Leg Hip Bridge x 8 reps per side

Every minute, on the minute, for 25 minutes (5 sets) of:
Minute 1 – 200/150m Run or 12/8 Calories of Row
Minute 2 – 12/8 Burpees
Minute 3 – 8 Strict Pull-Ups
Minute 4 – Alternating Reverse Lunges with DB/KBs x 20 total
Minute 5 – 12/10 Dumbbell Strict Press
