Bamboo Bench Press – 15/20 reps
15 Scap Push-ups
One Arm Dumbbell Row – 6-8 reps each side

B.
3 Five Minutes Rounds (one minute each station)
Row (Calories)
Sit-Ups
Kettle Bell Swings
Wall Balls
Box Jumps
Rest 2:00
Count your TOTAL reps each round

Move from each of five stations after a minute. The clock does not stop between exercises. One point for each rep/calorie.
