Rest 30 seconds
Turkish Get-Up x 3 each side
Rest 30 seconds
Barbell Rows x 8 reps
Rest 3 minutes
B.
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:
40 Double-Unders
20 Kettlebell Swings (24/16 kg)
100m Run
