(4 sets of each):
Station 1 – Snatch-Grip Romanian Deadlift x 8 reps
Station 2 – Ab-Wheel or Barbell Roll-Outs x 8-10 reps
Station 3 – Max rep Ring Row
Station 4 – Side Plank Hold 30-45 seconds

B.
Four sets for max reps/calories of:
60 seconds of Echo Bike/Row
16 reps Single-Arm Dumbbell Snatches
Rest 2 minutes

Push hard on these power intervals! If you don’t have access to an Assault Bike, please opt for rowing, ski erg or bike erg instead.
