Dumbbell Bench Press – 10-12 reps
Dumbbell Bent Over Rows – 10 reps
Russian Twist – 20-30 reps total

Every 8 minutes, for 32 minutes (4 sets) for times:
800/650 Meter Run
40 Double-Unders
20 Pull-Ups or Ring Rows
