100-Foot Bottom’s Up Kettlebell Carry – 3 lengths each arm
Rest 45 seconds
Bulgarian Split Squat x 6-8 reps each leg
Rest 45 seconds
Prone Plank Hold x 60 seconds
Rest 45 seconds

B.
Every minute, on the minute, for 20 minutes (5 sets) of:
Minute 1 – 200/150 Rowing
Minute 2 – 50 Double-Unders
Minute 3 – 20/15 Sit-ups
Minute 4 – 25/20 Push-Ups
