Push Press x 2-3 reps
Rest 2 minutes

Build to today’s heavy 2-3 reps.

B.
Against a 3-minute running clock, complete as many reps as possible of:
300/250 Meter Row
50 Double-Unders
Max Reps of Dumbbell Push Press 45/25 lbs

Rest 2 minutes between sets, and complete a total of Four sets.

C.
3 Sets:
20 Bent Over Reverse Fly
30 Tricep Pushdown
30 Band Face Pulls
