4 set of:
Bamboo Bench Press 15 reps + 20 seconds isometric hold at the top
One Arm Bent Over Row – 10 reps each side
Seated Bent Over Reverse DB Flys – 20 reps
Side Plank – 30-45 seconds each

B.
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
40 Double-Unders
10 Push-ups
20 Kettlebell Swings (American) (24/16 kg)

NEW YOU CHALLENGE RE-TEST WORKOUT

7 minutes, as many rounds and as possible:
5 Burpees
10 Push Ups
15 Sit Ups
20 Air Squats
