30 Russian Kettlebell Swings
15 Dumbbell Presses
Row 300 m
20 Russian Kettlebell Swings
10 Dumbbell Presses
Row 300 m
10 Russian Kettlebell Swings
5 Dumbbell Presses

Go as heavy as possible on the kettlebell swings!
