As many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
Ring Rows x 10 reps
Russian Oblique Twist x 20 reps

Rest 5 minutes, and then,

As many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
Double Unders 40
Banded Kettlebell Swings x 15 reps
