In teams of three, with only one teammate per station, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in each AMRAP.

12 minutes of:

Station 1- 10 Box Jumps

Station 2-10 Dumbbell Man Makers

Station 3-300/200 Meter Row

Rest 3:00 then

10 Minutes of:

Station 1-8 Pull Ups or 12 Ring Rows

Station 2-15 DB Deadlifts

Station 3-10 Burpees

Rest 3:00 then

8 Minutes of:


Station 1-20 KB Swings

Station 2-20 DB Walking Lunges

Station 3-50 Double Unders/100 Singles
