When is the last time you really thought about your goals?
We often talk about if it’s worth doing, it’s worth writing down. This doesn’t just mean your grocery list, a daily “to-do” list, or a bucket list of things you’d like to do before you pass. This includes things like your goals. Whether they are fitness/CrossFit related goals, health goals, personal or career goals, it’s a good idea to write them down.
