Partner Warm Up
3000m Row (250m segment x 4 each)

Then when everyone is finished

30 Min Three Person Team AMRAP
A. 12-15 Banded Shoulder Press & Row 150m
B. 12-15 Bumper Clean and Press & :30 Plank
C. 15/10 Push Ups & 20 Sit Ups
D. 3×100 team relay

Each partner rotates through each station and only moves to the next station when each partner is finished. When all three partners have completed each station, the team will run a 3x100m in a relay format. Then repeat for as many rounds as possible.
