AMRAP: 10 Wall Balls, 10 Ball Slams, 10 Push Ups
Partner A starts with a 500m row. Meanwhile, Partner starts the AMRAP of 10 Wall Balls, 10 Ball Slams, 10 Push Ups. (Keep track of where you finish and pick up where you left off in the next round)
When Partner A finishes the row, both partners meet and complete a one minute plank. When the plank is complete, Partner B heads to the rower and Partner A starts the AMRAP.
Continue until each partner complete 4 rounds. Remember each round will have 2 one minute planks.
KICKER: when each group finishes, they must continue the AMRAP, alternating each round, until the last group finishes.
