This is a partner workout consisting of three 8 minute AMRAPs where all reps are split evenly. After each AMRAP, you and your partner will evenly split a 1000m row (ski). 

A. 8 Minute AMRAP
10 Power Cleans
12 Pull Ups/Ring Rows
14 Ring Dips
16 Wall Balls
then 1000m Row (Ski)
Rest 3:00

B. 8 Min AMRAP
20 Push Press
24 Push Ups 
30 Sit Ups
then 1000m Row (Ski)
Rest 3:00

C. 8 Minute AMRAP
8 HSPU
10 Deadlift
12 Box Jumps
then 1000m Row (Ski)
DONE!
