Even little Hailey, who used to say how hard it was in the beginning, now asks if there are more classes, all because you and Lindsey built up her confidence with encouraging comments about her squat (of course now she is rubbing it in Ethan’s face). This is also the first time my wife and I have ever really shared an exercise experience, and it’s been great; usually we’re doing things on our own. The community at CFI is awesome. I stop by a box every time I travel, and though they are all great, none of them spends as much time on stretching and prehab as you do. Keep up the great work!”
