Partners will alternate through each exercise until all work in complete in an A,B format. Try to partner up with someone who is relatively equal in strength. For those exercises requiring barbells, if the partner strength is very different, choose a weight appropriate for the weaker partner and that partner should complete the suggested number of reps listed first. If the weight is too light for the stronger partner, that partner should complete the number of reps in parenthesis, or more.
