Warm-Up – 3 Sets
10-12 Tempo Push Ups
10-15 Banded Tempo Tricep Push Downs
10-15 Banded Tempo Pull Aparts
10-15 Bended Tempo Face Pulls

A. Five sets of:
Strict Shoulder Press x 6-8 reps
Rest 1:00
Strict Supinated-Grip Weighted Pull-Ups x 3-5 reps
Rest 1:00
50 Double Unders/100 Singles
Rest 2 minutes

B.
Against a 3-minute running clock, complete the following:
300m Row
5 Burpees
15 Sit Ups
Dumbbell Ground-to-overhead x Max Reps

Rest two minutes between sets, and complete a total of four sets.

C.
4×1 minute plank hold
