This is me after an 8-day vacation in Puerto Vallarta. I had an unbelievable time and even better time maintaining my lifestyle with intermittent fasting. I look and feel great. I was able to enjoy my vacation more by not completely falling off the wagon. I continued to fast 16 hours a day and ate for 8 hours, and still enjoyed amazing food and drinks without feeling like crap the next day…mentally and physically energized. You should be able to maintain any healthy lifestyle whether you’re on vacation or not and still be able to enjoy your self at the same time.
