“Thank you Carlos, the Rowing Seminar was an extraordinary experience. Rowing is one of the most challenging aspects of CF, and to

do this well will translate to other movements as well as cardiovascular conditioning. But most CFers, even advanced athletes, are technically challenged. You are a gift to us, to guide us in technique (individualized at this session), increase our endurance, and for me, increase my confidence. I now look forward to rowing (instead of with trepidation). SO, I encourage all of you at CFI, take advantage of the gift we have with such a superb coach, and get to the next Rowing Seminar!”

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 4 minutes of:
95/65 lb. Push Press x 10 reps
Pull-ups x 10 reps

Rest 4 minutes, and then . . .

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 4 minutes of:
32/24 kg Kettlebell Swings x 10 reps
Hand-Release Push-Ups x 10 reps
