30 Minute AMRAP: 10 Wall Balls, 10 Kettlebell Swing, 10 Push-Ups
Partner A starts with a 400m row/run. Meanwhile, Partner B starts the AMRAP of 10 Wall Balls, 10 Kettlebell Swing, 10 Push-Ups. (Keep track of where you finish and pick up where you left off in the next round)
When both Partners finish the row, both partners meet and complete a one minute plank. When the plank is complete.
KICKER: when each group finishes, they must continue the AMRAP, alternating each round, until the last group finishes.
