10 alternating weighted forward lunges
10 DB Squat clean and jerk

Repeat 3 times

Strength:
4x:
Back squat x6 reps or weighted goblet chair squats x15-20
Single leg bridges x8-10 each
Side stepping with band around knees x10-15 steps each way

Core:
3x
Weighted Side bends x30 each side
Isometric chair sit hold x45 sec
