Teams of 2 (or Work : REST – 1:1), alternating rounds, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
Row/Run/Bike 150/100 meters or 20 Mountain Climbers
12 Dumbbell Reverse Lunges
Rest 3 minutes, and then…
B.
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
5 Strict Supinated-Grip Pull-Ups or 5 Back Pack Rows
5 Box Jump-Overs or 10 Step-Ups
Rest 3 minutes, and then…
C.
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
15 Goblet (backpack) or 15 Sit-ups
10 Push-Ups
D.
3 sets of:
1-minute Plank Hold
30-seconds Side Plank each side
20 Russian Twists
