Tall Box Jumps x 10 reps
Rest 2 minutes

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
10 Deadlifts (225/155 lbs)
10 Burpees Over the Barbell
10 Pull-Ups or Ring Rows
C.
4 sets:
10 Leg Raises
10 Dumbbell Side Bend per side
