Back Racked Alternating Reverse Lunges x 12 reps
Rest 60 seconds
Suitcase Carry + Waiter’s Carry 3 lengths each side
Rest 60 seconds
Bent-Over Barbell Rows x 8 reps
Rest 60 seconds

B.
Every 2 Minutes for 20 Minutes:
15/10 Goblet Squats
50/40 Double Unders

C.
5 Minute Recovery Row (stop every minute and do 15 sit ups on the rower)
