Alternate rounds with a partner, complete the following:
A. 10 minute
5 push ups
10 sit ups
15 air squats

B. 10 minute
200 m run/Row, 50 DU, 20-30 sec high knees
10 walking lunges total

C. 10 minute
4 burpees
6 deadlifts/12 kbs/ 10 strict press
D.
4 sets of:
DB side bends 8 reps each side
Leg Raises OR Hollow Rocks 8 reps
