Wall slides x20
Shoulder taps x10 each
Banded Low Rows x12

B. Turkish get ups 4×4 each side.

C. 5x 3 min AMRAP: 1 min rest in between

6 burpees
8 alt single arm dB squat clean (or odd object squat clean)
10 lateral over and back DB or Odd object hops (over and back =1 rep)

D. Cash out: 100 sit ups for time
