We’re extremely proud of all our members at CrossFit Impact, who took on the new you challenge this year and have made some of the biggest health and lifestyle changes of their lives.
A special congratulation to Kristin the winner of this year’s challenge, who started intermittent fasting two months ago and lost 11lbs total, 5.75 inches from her waist, and 4 inches from her hips.

Intermittent fasting has completely changed my life and how I look at food. I always work out but never saw results, so I was skeptical that fasting would even work. I was wrong! I have more energy, eat less throughout the day and have seen huge results in a short period of time. I have truly made a lifestyle change and couldn’t be happier!

These results get us fired up and they aren’t unique to any one individual but an entire community of 30-40 athletes at CrossFit Impact that have made a huge commitment to their health and fitness this year with the Fast Fit Challenge.
The great thing about these results is that this plan is sustainable. Angel has continued to progress throughout her 7-8 month of intermittent fasting because of this a program that actually works long term. When it comes down to anything in your life we need to look for consistency because that is what keeps us moving forward.
