Interval 2 – 15/20 Wall Slides
Interval 3 – 30 Russian Twists
Interval 4 – :30 – :45 Hollow Hold
C. WOD
4 Rounds for Time
200m Run
40 DU/80 Singles
12 DB Snatches 45/25 (6 each arm – do not alternate)
20 Kettlebell Swings
