20 Push-ups
20 Banded Tricep Push Down
20 Pull Apart
A.
Bench Press – 5×5 (All Wide Grip)
Seated Overhead DB Press (Back Supported) – 3×10 reps
Inverted Barbell Rows – 3×10 reps
Dumbbell Pull-Overs 3×10 reps
B.
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
200m Run/Row
30 Double-Unders
10 Push-Ups
10 Ring Dips
