Station 1 – 20 Double-Unders + 10 Deadlifts (225/155 lbs)
Station 2 – 15/10 Calories of Assault Bike or 200 Meter Run
Station 3 – 15/10 Box Jumps (24″/20″)
Station 4 – Russian Twist 30 Reps
