10 Air Squats

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 5 minutes of:
5 Devil Press
10 Box Jump/Step up (24″/20″)

Rest 3 minute

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 5 minutes of:
12 Dumbbell Walking Lunge
8 Dumbbell Power Clean
