Station 1 – Death March x 20 reps
Station 2 – Turkish Get-Ups x 4 reps (2 each side)
Station 3 – Barbell Hip Bridge 8 reps
Station 3 – Side Plank x 45 seconds each side
B.
In teams of two, alternating full rounds, complete five rounds each of:
10 Power Cleans (115/75 lbs)
10 Shoulder to Overhead (115/75 lbs)
15 Wall Ball
