4 sets of:
Bandbell Bench Press x 10-15 reps (with barbell)
1 Minute Plank Hold
One Arm Dumbbell Row 10-12 Reps per side

B.
Four sets for max reps against a 3-minute running clock, complete:
Run 300/250 Meters
Push-Up 20/15 reps
Double-Unders OR Box Jumps x Max Reps
Rest 2 minutes between sets

C.
Every minute, on the minute, for 6 minutes:
Minute 1 – 8-10 Supine Ring Rows
Minute 2 – 45/30 seconds Hollow Hold
