EMOM For 16 Minutes (4 sets):
Minute 1: Tempo Rowing
Minute 2: 12 Leg raises
Minute 3: 12 Box Jumps
Minute 4: 12 Heavy Banded KB Swings

B.
Against a two-minute running clock, complete:
10 Dumbbell Ground to Overhead
10 Box Step-Ups
Max Reps of Burpees

Rest 2 minutes between sets, and complete a total of four sets.
