Barbell Suitcase Isolated Hold – Find Max Weight Able :30 Per Arm
*Perform Only One Arm at a Time
Rest 60 seconds
Banded Marching 2 minutes Holding a med ball at your chest
Rest 60 seconds
Bandbell bench press x 25 reps
Rest 60 seconds

B.
Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes:
40 Double-Unders
20 Alternating Reverse Lunges with KBs/DBs
20 Sit-up
