20 Tricep Push Downs

20 Pull A parts

Speed Bench Press – 9×3 reps

Flat Dumbbell Bench Press – 3×1 minute

3 sets of:

Plank Hold – 1 minute SUPERSET Max Toe Touches

B.
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 3 minutes of, complete three sets total:
10 Burpees
10 Dumbbell Shoulder to Overhead
10 Pull-Ups or Ring Rows

Rest 1 minute
