A.

Back Squat – 1RM (Get to your 1 rep max over the course of 5 sets. Taking 3-4 minute rest on the last three sets all being singles)

OR

Every 2 minutes, for 16 minutes (4 sets of each):
Station 1 – Split-Stance Romanian Deadlift x 8 reps each leg
Station 2 – Ab-Wheel or Barbell Roll-Outs x 12-15 reps

B.
Every minute, on the minute, for 20 minutes, perform:
5 Burpees
10 Kettlebell Swings
