4 sets of:

Bamboo Bench Press – 25 reps

1 Minute Plank Hold

3 sets each of:

One Arm Dumbbell Row – 6-8 reps each side

Incline  Bench Shrugs – 15 reps (Hold 1 second at the top of each rep)

B.
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
10 Push Presses (Barbell or Dumbbells)
10 Alternating Reverse Lunges with DB/KB Farmer’s Carry
10 Burpees
