Bench Press with Straight Bar – 9×3 (3 sets wide, 3 sets middle, 3 sets close)

Flat DB Press – 8RM

Chest Supported DB Rows – 3×10 reps

Bent Over Seated Shrugs – 3×20 reps

B.
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
5 Seated Strict Press OR Strict Handstand Push-Ups
10 Pull-Ups
15 Kettlebell Swings (32/24 kg)
