Banded Pull Aparts – 25 reps

Light Dumbbell Bench Press – 25 reps

Floor Press @50% + 25% Chains – 5×5 reps

Push Ups Against Max Band Tension – 4×10 reps

Underhand Bent Over Barbell Rows – 3×12 reps

B.

In teams of two, partners alternate rounds to complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 25 minutes of:
10 Thrusters (95/65 lbs)
10 Box Jumps (24″/20″)
300 Meter Row
