Flat DB Press – 3×1 Minute MAX REPS (@60% of 8RM)

Snatch Grip Barbell Row 4×12 reps

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 9 minutes of:
12 Kettlebell Swings (AMERICAN)
9 Goblet Squats
6 Burpees
