25 Minute Deck of Card Workout
The cards are placed on a bench in the center of the gym. Each suit represents a different exercise. One member draws and announces the card. The group performs the designated exercise for the number of reps indicated on the card, 2 – 10; faces cards = 10 reps and Aces = 11 reps.When each exercise is completed by all, the next member picks the next card, etc. until the 25 minute cap is reached. The goal is to complete as many cards as possible.
Diamonds – Kettle Bells Swings
Clubs – Leg Raises
Hearts – Hand Release Push Ups
Spades – Burpees
