Speed Pulls:
Sumo Deadlift @50% + 20% Chains – 12×1

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 8 minutes of:
40 Double-Unders
10 Strict Handstand Push-Ups or L-Seated Shoulder Press
20 Kettlebell Swings (24/16 kg)
