In teams of three, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 30 minutes of:
Row 400/350 Meters (Partner A)
5 Pull-Ups (Partner B)
10 Push-up (Partner C)
15 Air Squat
Only 1-2 partner may be working on the triplet at a time, and the other partner will either be completing the run or row. Partners will switch tasks once the running/rowing partner returns.
