In teams of two, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 30 minutes of:
Station 1 – Row 400 Meters
Station 2:
5 Pull-Ups/Ring Rows
10 Box Jump/Step-up
15 Ball Slams
After each partner completes both stations, complete a 1-minute plank together.
