In teams of two, complete 5 sets each of:
500 Meter Row
6 Power Cleans (135/95);
12 Push Ups
18 Sit Ups

Partner A starts on the rower and completes the 500m row, while Partner B completes all the exercises. When both partners are finished, switch positions and complete each task.That’s one round. Continue for 5 total.
