Shane Sweatt & Laura Phelps Conjugate Fitness Seminar“I recently exclaimed to Gracie V how excited I am for all the incredible PRs she has been hitting lately. I’ve also been reflecting on the mind boggling progress that Taylor Drescher has made over the past six months in her lifts and in her CrossFit WODs. Aside from the fact that they both follow the renowned Westside Conjugate System, they have another major thing in common. Gracie’s response to me was that she also feels that it is because she puts her 100% full faith and belief in her programming and Coach, AJ Roberts. So, I asked Taylor as well. Same response. She went so far as to say that if Shane Sweatt told her to “Eat Sh*t to make her stronger, she would”, haha. In all seriousness, truly believing in your  training program and coaching is the key to success. If you spend your time scouring the internet, questioning whether you should be doing what so-and-so is doing, secretly changing or adding in extra work that you see others doing, and doubting your training program and coaching, you will never be the athlete you have the potential to be. Period. No matter what you choose to do, COMMIT to it, mentally and physically. You will see more gains than you can imagine.”
