A New Deck of Cards Workout – 30 Minutes
Pull one card at a time. Perform the number of reps (times the multiplier)of the corresponding exercise for that suit.(Please note that all face cards equals 10 reps)
Also, at every 5:00 minute interval, we will pause the workout, perform 7 burpees and rest the remainder of that minute, then continue where you left off.
